Hello and welcome to the new Recharge Community platform! We are pleased to provide a space for our merchants and partners to collaborate, learn and grow together. After all, you are the reason we’re here today. Recharge has grown exponentially over the past 8 years, and we’re just getting started. We’ve watched the ecommerce industry grow and navigate new territory, allowing us the opportunity to work closely with brands and empower them to cultivate meaningful relationships with their customers. The next step in fostering these relationships is the creation of our Community platform, where our merchants can dive further into learning about Recharge’s capabilities alongside other industry professionals, as well as offer insight on their own businesses and experiences. Badges are awarded to all Community members based on participation. Agency and Tech Partners, however, will receive an exclusive partner icon upon registration. These icons will be displayed on your Community profile. If you are an Agency or Tech Partner at Recharge but have not yet received your respective Agency or Tech Partner icon, please reach out to our team at Community@rechargepayments.com! Once we’ve verified that you are a Recharge Partner, please allow 24 hours for your icon to appear in the Community platform.
The Recharge Community platform is a hub for members to connect, inspire, build together and learn from each other’s experiences. In this digital space, we encourage users to get help from fellow community members and share your own expertise to help others. While Community Managers, Admins and other Recharge Employees may participate in conversations and often chime in with suggestions or recommendations, they are not the primary responders to questions. If you are looking for official, in-depth support regarding your Recharge account, including but not limited to technical questions, features, billing issues, etc. please submit a request here, or take a look through the Help Center for additional resources! Note: If you have already submitted a support ticket, please do not duplicate your question in the Community. If you have created a Community post that is better suited for the Recharge Support team, our Community Managers will let you know that they have submitted a ticket on
In the Community, there are several ways to stay on top of discussions, topics and categories. You can subscribe to categories to receive notifications about new topics created in that category. In addition, you can subscribe to posts to receive notifications about new replies/answers under that topic. To subscribe to a category, click on the category name at the top of the post that is highlighted in purple. In this example, we’ll click on ‘New to Subscriptions.’Once you’ve navigated to the category homepage, you can subscribe by clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button on the right hand side of the page. This will ensure you are notified when a new topic is created under this category.To ensure that you receive notifications about your posted topics, head to your Profile>Settings to find several options. On the Settings page, you can choose to receive email notifications for your activity within the Community.In addition to getting notified about topics, you can also ‘follow’ other members
In the Recharge Community, we emphasize the importance of sharing knowledge and building your professional network. While the Question and Discussion topics are best suited to help everyone in the Community, there may be instances where you’ll want to reach out to someone directly. To help facilitate relationships and deeper conversations, there’s a “Private messages” feature where users can send messages to others in the Community. Note: Please follow the Recharge Community Rules when sending Private messages, and ensure the contents of your message are appropriate for its intended audience. Message recipients may report your message at their discretion, and Community Managers will take actions accordingly. These messages will appear in your profile tab under “Private Messages.” Here you can reply to inbound private messages. If you’d like to send a private message to a user, you can simply click on their name to access their profile, and click “Send Message.”Your message will now
By adding additional information to your profile, like your title, your company, and where you’re located, you’ll be equipped to build a strong network, and receive better and quicker replies from other community members.In order to complete your profile information, navigate to "My Profile" by clicking your avatar/profile picture, then click the “Edit Profile” button to the right of your avatar. In your Profile Settings, make sure to include: A profile picture Your name Your company Location A little more about you (like hobbies, your company’s link, etc.) Note: You can’t change your community username after registration. If you need to change it, please reach out firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com via Community private messages.After adding your information, click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of your screen, and your profile is complete!
