Hi Community Members! I’m always interested in learning the viewpoints of our merchants when it comes to this delineation. For anyone that would like to participate, what do you think makes a true partner for you and your business? My #1 priority as a Senior Account Manager here at Recharge is to ultimately have myself and Recharge be seen as true partners and extensions of the merchants we work with, rather than just a platform they use. What separates a vendor from a partner? What are the most important factors that contribute to that categorization?
